The Overseas Department was established in December 2020 to handle international properties and investments, then I INTERNATIONAL Co., Ltd. (I Int’l) has been growing as a global company.
Currently, I Int’l is forming a global network by business partnerships with foreign real estate agencies, developers, investment companies, and more.
By the achievement of the partnerships with agencies in over 52 areas within a year, they now handle 52 international cases in 50 regions of 40 countries with 48 companies (as of 31st December 2021).

The Overseas Department is aiming for success of 4 dealings within this year.
First of all, the platform will be built for Japanese investors to purchase international real estate.
In particular, the package will be created for clarifying flow of contract, tax system, leasing, property management, opening a bank account, reflux of gains, and more.
